These are just some of the projects that IRT is fundraising for in 2009:

Sudan

• Emergency assistance for Congolese refugees in Southern Sudan, 400 blankets £1,840 .
• Food for a blind people's home £3,000 for one year.

Uganda

• Annual running costs for a babies home £14,948.
• School benches/chairs for 800 primary school children.
  One bench/chair accommodates three children and costs £38.
• The costs for 12 orphans from Redeemer Children's Home to undergo vocational training £3,000.

Thailand

• Annual running costs for an orphanage for Burmese children in Thailand £6,100.
• Provision of Soy milk and other supplies for Burmese children £2,500 for one year.

Jordan

• The annual salary of a braille teacher at a school for blind and partially sighted children £1,407.
