26,000 runners, one great British 10K!

THE 2009 ASICS BRITISH 10K LONDON RUN - 9.35AM SUNDAY JULY 12TH 2009

The ASICS British 10K London Run attracts runners from all over the world, including current Olympic and World champions, who run shoulder to shoulder with charity fun runners and fitness enthusiasts. In 2008 history was made when the 2004 Olympic mens marathon champion Stefano Baldini of Italy became the first male to win two successive ASICS British 10K London Run titles. The race also attracts many celebrity runners from the world of TV and film who run to raise awareness and funds for their chosen charities.

People from all walks of life and every level of running ability choose to run the ASICS British 10K London Run, helping to make the day into the great national and international event it has become!

International Refugee Trust have a limited number of platinum places available in return for sponsorship to help support our work with refugees and internally displaced persons overseas.

IRT support GuluWalk London 2008

Images taken from GuluWalk London 2008 on Saturday 25 October starting in Sloane Square at 10am and finishing in Trafalgar Square at around midday. London joined as many as 100 world cities on this day, walking for peace in Northern Uganda - and IRT lent their support, along with dedicated volunteers and walkers.
